From 21st to 23rd Oct ESB International attended WETEX conference in Dubai. The Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition (WETEX), is the main regional exhibition for renewable energy, energy efficiency, water/waste water treatment, environment and sustainability. Conferences in key markets such as the Middle East provide vital lead generation and brand building opportunities and help build key relationships with current customers and stakeholders.

Enterprise Ireland organised an Irish pavilion with nine Irish companies. ESB International were delighted to partner with Enterprise Ireland to strengthen the relationship with the government organisation, who are responsible for the development and growth of Irish enterprises in world markets.
With 31,000 visitors and 2,100 exhibitors the conference is an opportunity for energy companies to promote their services, meet decision-makers, investors, buyers and interested parties from around the world, to make deals, review the latest technologies, and learn about current and future projects across the MENA region.
His Excellency, Mr. Aidan Cronin, Ambassador of Ireland to the UAE attended a networking event at the Irish pavilion organised by Enterprise Ireland. ESB Internationals Dave Shepherd, Business Development Manager, Tom Ralph, Business Development Director for the Middle East and Conall Doyle, Country Engineering and Branch Manager in Oman met with the Ambassador to discuss opportunities for continued growth and development in the strategically important area of the Middle East.
