ESB International Supports INJAZ Bahrain

Our colleagues in Bahrain supported the non-profit organisation INJAZ Bahrain by donating IT equipment and facilitating a Junior ICAMP workshop. INJAZ Bahrain delivers hands-on, immersive learning in STEM, entrepreneurship, sustainability, digital literacy, and work readiness. The ESB International volunteers guided and supported the students in their allocated challenge, which involved planning their next sports day. The Junior ICAMP workshops teach young Bahrainis to succeed in the global economy, teaching them skills needed in the real world, which we hope will lead to a bright future for the students involved.
The team were impressed by the student's creativity, teamwork and problem-solving skills and recognised the future leadership potential of the participants.

Electric Aid

Electric Aid is the social justice and development fund of ESB staff and pensioners. Established in 1987, Electric Aid has funded thousands of projects worldwide.

All projects are linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and work to bring a brighter future to some of the world's most disadvantaged communities.

Arabian Celts GAA in Bahrain

ESB International is a proud sponsor of the Arabian Celts Ladies Gaelic Football team in the Kingdom of Bahrain, who recently competed in the annual Bahrain GAA Games.

South Africa Gaels

As part of ESB International's sponsorship of the S.A Gaels, we welcomed the team for a visit to ESB International's Head Office ahead of their participation in the World Games in Dublin.

It was an excellent partnership for ESB International to be involved with as we had many connections with the team through our employees.

Women in Engineering Programme

This week-long programme gives female students an opportunity to see what life is like for women working as engineers.

The aim is to encourage female students to consider engineering as an option for their future careers. Over time, the programme has proven to play a vital role in helping female students decide to study engineering at third level.

The National STEM Career Expo Malta

ElectroGas Malta (EGM), a valued client of ESB International, was a primary sponsor of The National STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Career Expo in Malta aimed at 10 to 21-year-olds.

We partnered with EGM for the event and brought an exciting experience to the Career Expo by showcasing virtual reality of subsea cable repair for attendees to experience.
